We do not require our users to provide any personal information and do not collect any personal data unless voluntarily provided by users. We offer an optional email subscription to our Kizzu newsletter on the parent page within our mobile applications and on this website. In order to deliver Kizzu newsletters we collect and store your email address and will send you email updates about happenings at Kizzu and topical information about Kizzu Services. If a user signs up to the Kizzu newsletter, we will use the provided email address information only to send users the Kizzu newsletter. If users wish to unsubscribe from the Kizzu newsletter, they can opt out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe from this List” link at the bottom of each email newsletter.

On the support page of this website, users can contact Kizzu through a contact form. Users will/can provide Name, Email Address, Message, App and Device Information and Subscription to the Kizzu newsletter. We ask you to provide this information to better understand your issues with our products and to find a relevant solution to any technical problem. If a user contacts Kizzu via this form or via our provided support email address, we will use the provided data only to respond to the enquiry.

We do not save game information, such as game progress, time spent playing, achievements or score. We do not knowingly obtain information from children under the age of 13.

Non-Personal Data is de-personalised information that does not identify a user directly. Mainly through third party analytics software, we collect certain non-personal information. This includes, but is not limited to crash reports, analytical data, cookies.

Crash reports are sent to us, if a Kizzu application experiences a technical failure. These reports help us debug technical issues and improve your children’s educational game experience.

Analytical data is collected by a third party provider to help us understand usage and eventually help us improve Kizzu Services.
