3. Personal Data
We do not require our users to provide any personal information and do not collect any personal data unless voluntarily provided by users. We offer an optional email subscription to our Kizzu newsletter on the parent page within our mobile applications and on this website. In order to deliver Kizzu newsletters we collect and store your email address and will send you email updates about happenings at Kizzu and topical information about Kizzu Services. If a user signs up to the Kizzu newsletter, we will use the provided email address information only to send users the Kizzu newsletter. If users wish to unsubscribe from the Kizzu newsletter, they can opt out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe from this List” link at the bottom of each email newsletter.
On the support page of this website, users can contact Kizzu through a contact form. Users will/can provide Name, Email Address, Message, App and Device Information and Subscription to the Kizzu newsletter. We ask you to provide this information to better understand your issues with our products and to find a relevant solution to any technical problem. If a user contacts Kizzu via this form or via our provided support email address, we will use the provided data only to respond to the enquiry.
We do not save game information, such as game progress, time spent playing, achievements or score. We do not knowingly obtain information from children under the age of 13.
4. Non-Personal Data
Non-Personal Data is de-personalised information that does not identify a user directly. Mainly through third party analytics software, we collect certain non-personal information. This includes, but is not limited to crash reports, analytical data, cookies.
Crash reports are sent to us, if a Kizzu application experiences a technical failure. These reports help us debug technical issues and improve your children’s educational game experience.
Analytical data is collected by a third party provider to help us understand usage and eventually help us improve Kizzu Services.
5. Third parties
As mentioned before, we strictly use your email addresses - given you voluntarily provided an email address - only to send out newsletters and to provide support. In order to be able to communicate with you via email, we use the services of an email provider, a newsletter provider and a support provider. Additionally Kizzu uses Google Analytics to understand usage and improve user experience and Kizzu services. Kizzu reserves the right to commission any services to third parties at any time.
Third parties may not use your personal data for their purposes, but only to carry out the service they are commissioned with. Kizzu has the right to share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the service to be provided for Kizzu and eventually its users. Kizzu can not be made liable for the omissions and acts of third parties, their terms and conditions or their use of personal information.
Kizzu may disclose user information if required by governmental authorities in connection with infringements and frauds. Additionally, we reserve the right to disclose data with a successor entity.
Any personal data a user shares on our Facebook page, Google+ page, blog or via Twitter communication is public information. Kizzu is not responsible for any personal information a user posts publicly on any of our social media pages or website.
6. Retention and Deletion
Kizzu is committed to protecting your data and takes reasonable precautionary measures (physical, electronic, managerial safeguards) and due diligence to do so. Only persons who need to process user information in order to fulfill the purposes mentioned in this Policy have access to to the data. However, the security of data users transmit via the internet or wirelessly cannot be guaranteed by Kizzu. Consequently, you acknowledge that you transmit data at your own risk. We attempt to protect your data transmission, but are not liable for any unintentional disclosure.
